What is Easy Pay?

To put it simply Easy Pay is the name we have given to the payment method you used to pay for your recurring investment that is SIP. But you can use Easy pay for making payments for one-time investments also.

How do I apply for the EASYPAY scheme?

Adigas yatra provides Easy Pay option.It is based on 'pay-as-you-go' and provides a secure alternative to traditional billing and settlement plan payment methods (cash or credit card) Easy

Who is eligible for EASYPAY?

All principal and supplementary cardholders of the Bank's credit cards can apply for EasyPay via our Online Banking or SC Mobile application. EasyPay request must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date or available outstanding balances on the credit card.

When do i get my ticket/voucher after making initial deposit?

Typically it takes 48-72 business hours for money to be deposited into your bank account. This is true for credit cards, but electronic checks typically take at least four business days. After that the ticket/ voucher shall be received

Can I increase my initial deposit?

Yes you can make an initial deposit of more than 25%. However, in such cases, an email notification should be sent to care@adigasyatra.com

When do I get my ticket/voucher after making initial deposit?

Your tickets) or voucher(s) will NOT be send to you until your final payment is made is advised on your payment schedule.

Can I cancel after paying 25% down payment?

We advise our customers NOT to cancel as the 25% initial payment is a non-refundable fee.

What is the installment amount in Easy pay?

The minimum installment amount is 3000 and the maximum installment amount is 1 Lakhs per month.

The other good news by Adigas Yatra is customers need not wait till the completion of their installment amount (11 Months installment amount). You can collect the amount at any time to book your holidays without completing the monthly installment plan.


Any Penalties for Late Payment of Instalment?

There are no Penalties or late Payment fees, for late payment, But you will loose the additional benefit of 1 Month Instalment payment made by Adigas Yatra.

How do I apply for the EASYPAY scheme?

Adigas Yatra provides Easy Pay option to one and all, The application can be done through website, by clicking https://www.adigasyatra.com/easypay and clicking login account

They can visit any of our offices and fill the form and enrol for the Monthly Subscription scheme

Can we do the Payment online for people out side Bangalore ?

Yes you can enrol tothe scheme from our website and log in to the account and Make monthly subscription payment through online.

How do i track my payments, will i get a passbook?

Our online payment mechanism will help to track the payments, and Passbook is generated and can track the payments made online.

Can I increase the Monthly instalment Amount?

Monthly payment is fixed you cannot increase the amount to the same account, but you can start new instalment scheme and make the Payment. There is no limit for any individual to open accounts,

Do we get the refund,if we have balance in our account after the tour is completed ?

There will be no refund of any sort, if you choose the tour package lesser than accumulated amount, the difference amount cannot be adjusted to any other tour.

When should we Book the Tour Package?

Members should inform their selection of tour in advance as under:-

  1. Customized / Fixed Tour - Minimum 15 days in advance.
  2. Standard Group Tours - Minimum 2 months in advance
  3. Any International Trips - Minimum 3 months in advance
