Phnom Penh, Cambodia’s busy capital, sits at the junction of the Mekong and Tonlé Sap rivers. It was a hub for both the Khmer Empire and French colonialists. On its walkable riverfront, lined with parks, restaurants and bars, are the ornate Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda and the National Museum, displaying artifacts from around the country. At the city’s heart is the massive, art deco Central Market.

Siem Reap, a resort town in northwestern Cambodia, is the gateway to the ruins of Angkor, the seat of the Khmer kingdom from the 9th–15th centuries. Angkor’s vast complex of intricate stone buildings includes preserved Angkor Wat, the main temple, which is pictured on Cambodia’s flag. Giant, mysterious faces are carved into the Bayon Temple at Angkor Thom.

BENGALURU - PHNOM PENH (D)

Dep from Bengaluru airport to Phnompenh. Arrival at Phnompenh, Chum Reap Sour! Welcome to Phnom Penh, the capital city of Cambodia. Upon arrival at phnom penh airport, you will be met with our friendly guide, Start your first visit to the symbol mark of capital at Wat Phnom, a 15th century stupa. Wat Phnom, a small hill crowned by an active wat (pagoda) marks the legend of Phnom Penh City. The Independent Monument: the Naga (total 100) or snake motif is one, which can be seen in historic, cultural and modern-day & the Bronze statue of Late king father Norodom Sihanouk, it is built to memorizing the first anniversary of his death. DAY 2

PHNOM PENH (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel, This morning, visit to Royal Palace, the incredible solid silver-floored Silver Pagoda is the pagoda which in the Royal Palace campus, where have thousands of silver tiles on the floor of pagoda and have the biggest golden Buddha statue. Silver Pagoda is in the Royal Palace Compound made of 500 0 silver tiles. Raung Damrei Museum. Shopping at Central Market is one of the largest and busiest markets in Phnom Penh. Located in the heart of the city, the market was built in 1937 by the French. Lunch at local Indian restaurant. In afternoon, visit Toul Sleng (S-21) which was once a Tuol Svay Prey High School is now a frightening reminder of the horrors of Pol Pot regime. The school was used as a torture chamber and it was believed that 16,000 people died there. After that, move to SOSORO Monetary Museum, a place where you can learn about 2,000years of Cambodian’s Monetary History from FUNAN to present. The museum is divided into twelve different modules. They highlight some fundamental facts and lessons learned from the country’s economic and monetary history and focus on the strong interaction between money, credit, growth, inflation, etc. Before the dark, stop at Phnom Penh night market. DAY 3

PHNOM PENH - SEIM REP (B, D)

Breakfast at hotel. This morning, you will be pick up by driver only transfer to bus station for departure to siem reap (travelling around 6-7hours). Lunch at leisure on the way. Upon Tonle Sap lake Recognized as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve for it’s unique and endangered flora and fauna, The Tonle Sap is the largest lake and water ecosystem in Southeast Asia. Home to 100,000’s of Cambodians, on both its shores and in floating villages on the lake, it is the lifeblood of the country and responsible for feeding the nation.Dinner at local Indian restaurant. DAY 4

SEIM REP - ANKOR WAT (B, L, D)

Breakfast at Hotel. After breakfast at hotel, this morning, enter the South Gate of Angkor Thom Temple and marvel the wonders of the eerie Bayon, Baphoun, Phimeanakas, the Elephants terrace and terrace of Leper King. Before lunch, visit Ta Prohm Temple unlike most of the other Angkor temples, the photogenic and atmospheric combination of trees growing out of the ruins and the jungle surroundings have made it one of Angkor's most popular temples with visitors. Lunch at local Indian restaurant. In afternoon, visit the famous Angkor Wat, built for king Suryavarman II in the early 12th century as his state temple and capital city. The largest and best-preserved temple at the site, it is the only one to have remained a significant religious center—first Hindu, then Buddhist—since its foundation until sunset view at Angkor Wat. Dinner at local Indian restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap at your selected hotel. Visitor Code of Conduct for Temple Visit: Dress Code: Revealing clothes such as shorts and skirts above the knees and showing the bare shoulders are prohibited in scared places. Respectful dress is strongly encouraged in Angkor. Smoking Cigarettes inside the temple are prohibited. The Bakan Tower (Central Tower) of Angkor Wat Temple always closes on the Buddhist Sabath Days; the Buddhist religious days (four days a month). You cannot climb up the tower.

DAY 5

SIEM REAP - THOUSAND RIVER - TONLE SAP ((B,L,D)

Breakfast at Hotel. This morning travel about 1hour head to the Kulen Mountain – 1000 Lingas River is a huge plateau on the northeast of Siem Reap town approximately 50 kilometers. It was one of the most important sites during the Angkor period. History of Angkor era had been started here, when the King Jayavarman II proclaimed, in AD 802, independence from Java, and settled his capital city in this site. This mountain is the resource place for hundreds of Khmer temple constructions, in the Golden Angkor Period, where one can find many secret and amazing histories behind it. The mountain was source of Siem Reap River, which was later to supply Angkor city the water for cultivation and daily use. Since hundreds of lingas had been carved under the clear water on the mountain, it became holy river of Khmer Empire during Angkor. Come back to town for lunch at local Indian restaurant and back to hotel for relax. Dinner at local indian restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap
